Community commitment on both a local and global scale has been part of our culture since we opened our doors 55+ years ago. It goes back to the vision of our founder, Elam G. Stoltzfus, Jr. – focus on others and build relationships through honesty and integrity.

Whether it’s making a charitable contribution or donating our materials and skills to build a home for a family in need, we’re passionate about helping others create better lives for themselves.

Aaron’s Acres: creates recreation programs for children and young adults with disabilities.

Blessings of Hope: is a nonprofit distributing food to people in need.

Bridge of Hope: is a faith-based organization whose goal is to help end homelessness for single mothers and their children.

Gigi’s Playhouse: is a Down Syndrome Achievement Center.

Greystone Manor: provides therapeutic riding services for children and adults with special needs.

HDC MidAtlantic: is a trusted partner in developing affordable housing for seniors in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland.

Homes for Hope: partners with the building industry to invest in underserved families around the world.

Hope International: is a network of microfinance institutions and savings group programs that invest in the world’s underserved communities.

Hospice & Community Care: provides medical, emotional, and spiritual support for individuals and families coping with life-limiting

Mennonite Central Committee: is a global nonprofit that strives to share love and compassion for all through relief, development, and peacebuilding.

North Star Initiative: provides a safe environment to women who are survivors of domestic sex trafficking and exploitation.

Tenfold: gives Lancaster Countians the tools and inspiration to meet their housing and financial challenges.
